I work with people who want to bring meaning back into their daily lives and no longer know which direction to take. My role is not to transform you, but to offer you a space where your answers can finally emerge. Your own. Not the ones others expect of you.
For fifteen years, I ran my own business and led a small team. It gave me a living, but it didn’t feel right for me. I realised I wanted to support people through changes in their lives.
Three years after moving to Madrid, I decided to change direction completely. After moving countries, I was also changing careers and finding my feet again. I know how unsettling it can be to start again. Having been through it myself, I also know how easy it is to keep putting off that first step.
I also know what it’s like to have a mind that races and jumps from one idea to the next. Having ADHD myself, I know the overload, the feeling of being out of step and the exhaustion of constantly adapting to expectations that don’t fit. That’s why I regularly work with neurodivergent and highly sensitive people, with empathy and honesty.
I split my life between France, the UK and Spain. Juggling three languages and three cultures quickly shows the limits of one-size-fits-all models. So, I naturally coach in English, French and Spanish.
Good coaching needs a solid foundation. Certified in life coaching and trained in applied neuroscience, I draw on that knowledge to help you understand what’s holding you back and make practical changes.
To guide my practice and maintain these standards, I draw on:
There’s no single model to follow. The aim is not to fit you into a box, but to understand how you think and respond, so we can explore what you want to change.
Supportive, yes. Sugar-coating things, no. I ask challenging questions, because that’s often where the answers lie.
You can't change what you can't see. Before acting, we bring to light what is holding you back, so that your new choices last.
I don't promise a magical overnight transformation. Change is built session after session, and you are the one who makes it.
Coaching helps you understand what’s holding you back today and move towards your goals. It is not a form of treatment and does not replace psychotherapy or medical care. If you need that support, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
I don’t diagnose ADHD or autism, and I don’t assess giftedness. If you’re looking for a diagnosis or an assessment, please contact a qualified professional.
I won't tell you which decision to make. The answers are yours. My role is to help you find them.
I ask the questions and support you every step of the way. But you are the one who observes, chooses and acts. No one can walk this path for you.
